Quality Assurance & Documentation
At R&D Therm India Pvt. Ltd., every vessel and equipment is fabricated in strict adherence to customer-approved Quality Assurance Plans (QAP) and validated by third-party inspectors such as TUV, Lloyds, and Quest.
We maintain the following quality control documents throughout the manufacturing process:
- Material Identification Reports and History Charts
- WPS, PQR & WPQ certified by TPI (TUV, Lloyds, Quest, etc.)
- Visual Inspection and Final Dimensional Reports
- Pressure Testing Reports (Hydro/Pneumatic - Vacuum)
- NDT Reports: Radiography, UT, and Liquid Penetrant Testing
- Polishing Reports with RA Value Measurements
- Hot Dip Galvanization Certification
- Additional Documentation: Painting, Pickling & Passivation, Riboflavin & Drainability Tests, Agitator Trials, Helium Leak Test, Welding Logs, PMI, and FAT Reports
